Este mega show acontecerá simultaneamente no Madison Square Garden e Radio City Music Hall e o total das vendas dos ingressos será doado a entidades assistenciais que beneficiam as vítimas do Katrina. Adicionalmente, a American Express doará US$20 por ingresso comprado com seus cartões e o Madison doará US$1 milhão. Quem não puder comparecer poderá assistir em pay-per-view.
